Thank you very much for your support of our business.

I am very pleased to have begun my role as President and CEO of Techmark Japan KK on February 1, 2022.

Techmark Japan has been leading the extended warranty business in Japan, building strong trust with clients across the past 28 years. The number of extended warranty enrollments to date is 150 million, with over 10 million repair adjustments provided. Through such valuable partnership and experience, we look forward to continuing to grow our business and bring continued value to our customers.

Extended warranty is a service product that provides free repair service, for the spontaneous failure and breakdown occurred in designated period after the expiry of manufacturer’s warranty. Current advancement in IoT (Internet of Things) technology and the increasing awareness of and demand for sustainability in the product life cycle underscore the value of extended warranties while also reflecting growing consumer needs.

At Techmark, we support numerous corporate clients in the development and management of extended warranty programs, providing an effective tool for manufacturers and distributors to maintain their competitiveness in the market. We offer a broad range of services, from market needs analysis to extended warranty program designs and promotion support, repair claim handling and repair data analysis.

I am excited to be a part of this company, and to be a part of a great team committed to meeting the needs of Japanese consumers and our many client companies. Never resting on our success to date, our aim is to further enhance the quality of our services as the Japan market leader in the extended warranty business.
